Driver Guarantees that valid driver’s license and proof of valid and transferrable primary insurance has been provided.

Driver agrees to abide by all laws, federal, state, and local, including speed limits, driving restrictions, parking restrictions and traffic laws.

All drivers will need to go through an initial screening process and driver orientation.

Driver agrees to mile allowance and will incur $2.00/mi charge over allowed miles.

Driver guarantees that under no circumstances will the vehicle be driven following or during the consumption of alcohol.

Driver agrees to the no-smoking policy in any vehicle. Violations are subject to a $250 cleaning fee. Please no food in the car as well. We appreciate your cooperation.

Driver agrees not to race vehicle and to no track use of any kind.

Driver agrees to pay for any engine damage caused by the excessive RPM - if vehicle has manual or paddle shift transmission.

Driver agrees not to use the vehicle for any non-standard use, and not to engage in any reckless driving or use of the vehicle including wheel spinning, slalom use or any other non-standard use of the vehicle under any circumstances.

Driver acknowledges that this agreement is for a one-time rental usage and that he/she has no ownership interest in the vehicle and is not participating in any fractional share ownership or subscription program in this vehicle.

Driver agrees to utilize 92 or 93 octane fuel when fueling the vehicle.

Driver agrees to report all accidents of theft, vandalism, or accidents to the police immediately, as well as provide all required paperwork as requested by authorities.

Driver agrees to be responsible for an to pay any and all parking and traffic violations fines, and for any damage to vehicle not covered by insurance.

Driver agrees to garage the vehicle at night, unless arrangements are made in advance.
